CLC Fall Job Site Tour: Foxtown Landing
Tuesday, October 27, 2026 (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM) (CDT)
Description

About the tour:
Developed by Tom Nieman, owner of Fromm Family Foods, the Foxtown Landing is a 39,000-square-foot, three-story entertainment destination at the corner of N. Plankinton and W. St. Paul Avenues. Designed by Stephen Perry Smith Architects with Hunzinger Construction Company as the general contractor, the project will feature restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, event spaces, and a distillery, along with a new extension of the Milwaukee Riverwalk featuring a riverfront terrace and docks.
The tour will provide an opportunity to see how the project team is navigating the challenges of an exceptionally tight urban site, surrounded by the Milwaukee River, permanent Hop tracks, an interstate off-ramp, St. Paul Avenue, and neighboring construction.
Capacity: Event is limited to 30 attendees.
Parking: Street parking is available around project site. Please arrive early to ensure enough time to park and walk to job site!
Safety: Must wear long pants, close-toed shoes/boots, gloves, safety glasses, and hard hats.
Rules: No pictures allowed.
SPOTS ARE LIMITED - to register, email Ellie Hetrick ([email protected]).
Thank you to Hunzinger Construction for hosting the CLC at their job site!
